At Baparda Closet, customer satisfaction is our priority. However, due to the nature of our business and to ensure fairness, we have set the following refund and exchange policies:
Refund Policy
Eligibility for Refunds:
Refunds are only applicable for damaged items (e.g., torn, holes, etc.) or wrong sizes, colors, or designs sent by us. Issues must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the product.
Proof Requirement:
Please send your order ID along with clear pictures or videos of the issue to our WhatsApp at 03218050579 or DM for verification.
No Refunds for the Following:
Change of mind after the purchase.
Sale or discounted items.
Products that have been worn, used, altered, or are missing original tags and labels.
Refund Process:
Once the issue is verified, refunds (if applicable) will be processed through the original payment method or offered as store credit.
Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Exchange Policy
Eligibility for Exchanges:
Exchanges are allowed for wrong items (size, color, or design) sent by us. In such cases, we will bear the delivery charges (DC) for the exchange.
Exchanges Due to Customer Error:
If the wrong size is ordered by the customer, the following conditions apply:
The customer will bear the delivery charges (DC) for both return and new
dispatch.
An additional fee of Rs. 100/- will be charged for processing the exchange.
Exchange requests are subject to workload and availability of the requested size.
Important Guidelines for Exchange:
For customers in Karachi:
Exchanges can be done at your doorstep for nearby areas.
For distant areas in Karachi, customers must send the product back via courier, and we will process the exchange after inspection.
For customers in other cities:
Customers must send the product back to us via courier. After inspection, we will dispatch the replacement.
Delivery charges for both return and dispatch will be borne by the customer.
Size Chart Consideration:
Please double-check the size chart before ordering to avoid inconvenience.
Keep a 0.5 to 1-inch margin in mind when selecting sizes.
We highly discourage exchanges due to customer negligence as it causes delays and disrupts operations.
Additional Terms
Sale or discounted items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or refunded.
Products must be returned in unused, unwashed, and original condition with all tags and labels intact.
Exchanges will only be processed after the returned product is inspected and approved.
Any products that are damaged due to customer mishandling (e.g., washing incorrectly or using improperly) will not be eligible for exchange or refund.
Shipping charges are non-refundable, including the cost of returning items for exchanges or refunds.
